AutoDS Review
Worth AutoDS's Starter plan in 2026 only once you add the order-placement add-on, because none of the three core plans place the order for you.
AutoDS earns its $39.90 Starter plan in 2026 only once you also budget the $9.90 automatic ordering add-on, because none of the three core plans place the order for you. Import is $26.90 a month for 200 products, and Starter, the most popular tier, raises that to 500 products with bulk importing and automatic tracking updates. Advanced is $66.90 a month for 1,000 products and up to three stores.
Paying annually drops each of those tiers by roughly 25%, and AutoDS's own Shopify App Store listing prices the same plans at a different yearly total, so check both before you commit. The Toolradar dropshipping ranking evaluated 6 tools in September 2026 and did not include AutoDS among the five it compared. Spocket, Zendrop, DSers, and CJdropshipping are priced below.

Buying the AutoDS seat and assuming it places your orders is a common mistake. The three core plans import, source, and track a catalog, but automatic order fulfillment is a separate paid add-on, so the plan alone does not finish the job its name suggests.
The subscription earns its place once you count the add-on with it, because comparing AutoDS's Import sticker to a rival's all-in price, without that extra line, understates the real bill.
This review prices every AutoDS tier plus its add-ons, then sets the total next to Spocket, Zendrop, DSers, and CJdropshipping. A familiar importer has to beat a published number before it earns a slot in your stack, or you are paying for a name you recognize rather than a feature you use.
Toolradar data: the September 2026 dropshipping ranking evaluated 6 tools, and AutoDS is not one of the five it compared in that table, even though the category description names it as a supplier connector alongside Spocket.
The usual install is Shopify, so AutoDS's monthly fee and the store's own fee belong on the same margin sheet. Our Shopify review covers that store cost on its own pricing page.
How we compared: AutoDS, Spocket, Zendrop, DSers, and CJdropshipping pricing and product pages, read on September 24, 2026. AutoDS's Shopify App Store listing and its own pricing page were both checked, because the two quote different annual totals for the same monthly price.

What is AutoDS?
AutoDS is a dropshipping automation platform, founded in 2016 by Lior Pozin and acquired by Fiverr in 2024. It imports products from suppliers into your store, then automates sourcing, pricing, and tracking so one person can run more listings than they could manage by hand.
The app connects to Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, WooCommerce, Wix, and TikTok Shop, and its Shopify listing adds Shein and Walmart as supplier and marketplace connections. The catalog it draws from is 800 million plus items, a figure AutoDS publishes itself rather than one we recounted.
The platform also builds a store for you through its AI store builder, runs ad-spy tools across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and now links to Claude through MCP for chat-based store management. None of that changes what matters for your budget: placing the order is priced apart from the import plan.
AutoDS says 1.8 million plus dropshippers use the platform and that its users have earned $1 billion plus, both figures it publishes on its own about page rather than numbers we verified independently. The app carries a 4.5 rating from 1,321 reviews on the Shopify App Store, checked the same day as the pricing.
How AutoDS works
You start on a 3-day trial that costs $0.99 rather than being free, and you can cancel before it renews into the plan you picked. That short window is when you find out whether the supplier mix on your plan actually covers your niche.
Once live, the app imports products up to your plan's cap, and Starter and above keep tracking numbers current automatically, so a buyer's shipping email updates without you touching the order.
Placing the order is not included on any core plan: you either do it by hand or pay for the separate Auto ordering system add-on, which also sends three automatic messages to the buyer.
Price and stock monitoring start on Starter, watching up to 500 products so a sold-out item does not stay live on your store. Advanced raises that ceiling to 1,000 products and lets you run up to three stores from one account, which matters once a second brand needs its own catalog.
The optional add-ons cover what AutoDS leaves out of the base plans. VA Access at $14.97 a month lets a hired assistant work inside your account without sharing your login.
The Product finding hub, also $14.97 a month, adds TikTok ad-spy tools and a list of stores already selling a given product, and Mentor at $39.97 a month buys direct access to a coach for account-specific questions.
AutoDS key features
AutoDS pricing
AutoDS prices every plan on its pricing page, verified September 2026, so you can check the number before the trial converts.
Import's annual rate is $19.90 a month, saving $84 for the year against the standard monthly price. It covers up to 200 products across 200 variations, a generated Shopify store, order and product management, and business analytics, but not automatic order placement.
Starter, the most popular tier, drops to $29.90 a month on the annual rate (saving $120 for the year). It adds custom sourcing, a bulk product importer, title and description optimization, and automatic tracking updates on top of everything in Import, and raises the cap to 500 products.
Advanced is $66.90 a month, or $49.90 a month billed annually (saving $204 for the year), and covers up to 1,000 products. It adds VIP support and lets you manage up to three stores from one account. Enterprise sits above it at a custom quote for catalogs past 1,000 products.
AutoDS's own Shopify App Store listing quotes the same three monthly prices but a different annual total: $248.70 a year for Import, $368.70 for Starter, and $608.70 for Advanced, each above what twelve months at the pricing page's annual rate would total.
Confirm which page you are buying from before you commit to a year, because the two totals are not interchangeable.
The add-ons sit outside every tier. Auto ordering, the piece that actually places the order, is $9.90 a month. VA Access and the Product finding hub are each $14.97 a month, and Mentor is $39.97 a month. A Starter subscription plus the ordering add-on runs closer to $50 a month than the plan price alone suggests.
Spocket's canonical pricing page lists Starter at $39.99 a month for 25 products, Professional at $59.99 a month or $24 a month billed annually for 250 products with branded invoices, Empire at $99.99 a month or $57 annually for 10,000 products, and Unicorn at $299.99 a month or $79 annually for 25,000 products and bulk checkout.
Every Spocket plan carries a 0% transaction fee, which AutoDS does not publish as a comparison point either way.
Zendrop's own site prices Free at $0, Pro at $49 a month or $399 a year (adding automated fulfillment), and Plus at $79 a month or $549 a year.
Its Shopify App Store listing uses a different structure entirely: Free with no linked products, Beginner at $29 a month for 1 to 20 linked products, Pro at $49 a month for 21 to 100 products, and Plus at the same monthly rate for 101 or more.
The same plan name and price can mean two different product ceilings depending on which Zendrop account you open.
DSers stays free on Basic for 3 stores and 3,000 products, without automatic price or stock sync. Advanced is $19.9 a month for 10 stores and 20,000 products, with sync turned on and a 14-day trial. Pro is $49.90 a month for 25 stores and 75,000 products, and Enterprise is $499.9 a month for 50 stores and 100,000 products.
CJdropshipping's Shopify App Store listing confirms the app is free to install, with product and shipping fees charged per order. No paid membership tier price is shown on that listing, so we are not printing one here; budget the per-order cost instead.

AutoDS pros and cons
What we like
- Import lists 200 products from an 800 million plus catalog with a generated store included, under Spocket's Starter price.
- Starter adds a price and stock monitor for 500 products plus automatic tracking updates, which stops a dead listing from staying live.
- Advanced covers up to three stores from one account, so a second brand does not need a second full subscription.
What could be better
- None of the three core plans place the order automatically; that needs the separate paid ordering add-on.
- The pricing page and the Shopify App Store listing quote different annual totals for the same monthly price, so confirm which one you are buying.
- The 3-day trial is not free and converts into the full plan automatically once it ends.
Who AutoDS is for
Import fits a seller who wants to test 200 products before spending more, and who is comfortable placing orders by hand while they learn which items sell. Skip the ordering add-on until the volume makes manual fulfillment the real bottleneck.
Starter is the honest default once a catalog needs 500 products, bulk importing, and tracking updates that do not require you to open every order. Add the ordering add-on here if the goal is a store that runs without you refreshing a dashboard, because the plan itself still leaves that step manual.
Advanced fits a seller running close to 1,000 products across up to three stores, or anyone who needs VIP support before a launch. Enterprise is a conversation, not a checkout, so get the quote before you plan a budget around it.
Skip AutoDS if AliExpress alone covers your catalog and the customer can wait; DSers stays free for that exact case.
Skip it too if the product ships from a US or EU warehouse and speed is the pitch, since Spocket's Starter plan is built around that promise, not a broad supplier list. Skip it if China sourcing at no monthly cost is the priority and you can confirm CJdropshipping's per-order fees before you commit.
Across every tier, budget the ordering add-on separately if hands-off fulfillment is the reason you are paying at all.

Best AutoDS alternatives
If AutoDS is not the right fit, these are the closest options.
| Tool | Best for | Starts at | |
|---|---|---|---|
| AutoDS | Sellers who want multi-supplier import and tracking, then add the order-placement add-on separately | Import $26 | Visit → |
| Spocket | Stores that need US or EU stock and will pay monthly for a shorter delivery promise | Starter $39 | Visit → |
| Zendrop | Sellers who want US-sourced products and will confirm which Zendrop account they actually opened | Website Pro $49/mo or $399/yr | Visit → |
| DSers | AliExpress-sourced stores that need bulk ordering and can accept a longer China shipping window | Basic free | Visit → |
| CJdropshipping | Operators comfortable sourcing from China who want a free install and will confirm fees before scaling | Free to install on Shopify | Visit → |
The bottom line
Budget AutoDS as the plan price plus the ordering add-on, because the core tiers import and track a catalog without placing the order. Starter plus the add-on is the honest entry point for a seller who wants the process hands-off, not the plan sticker alone.
Import is a fair test at 200 products if you are still placing orders by hand, and Advanced is the plan once a catalog or a second store passes 500 products.
Use Spocket when the customer needs US or EU stock and a shorter delivery window is the pitch. Use Zendrop's website account, not its Shopify listing, when unlimited orders matter more than a linked-product cap.
Use DSers or CJdropshipping when the SKU is AliExpress or China-sourced and the customer can wait, since both stay free longer than AutoDS does. None of these five is free once a real customer exists, because product and shipping costs sit under every subscription.
Platform choices around the app are in our ecommerce platforms guide, and the wider supplier list is in our dropshipping suppliers guide.
