Helium 10 Pricing 2026: Platinum, Diamond and the Free Plan

Helium 10 costs $129 or $359 a month in 2026, less on yearly billing. Every plan, the free account limits, the 2% ads fee and what a year really costs.

Helium 10 Pricing 2026: Platinum, Diamond and the Free Plan

Helium 10 costs $129 a month for Platinum and $359 a month for Diamond on monthly billing in 2026, or $99 and $279 a month when you pay for the year up front. Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month, billed annually. There is no Starter tier on the pricing page any more, and the free account is a limited trial of the tools rather than a working plan.

Every figure here was read on Helium 10's pricing page on 19 October 2026, with the yearly totals taken from Helium 10's own checkout for Platinum and Diamond. Our read: Platinum is a research subscription, Diamond is an operating system for a seller already running ads, and the price gap between them is mostly the cost of Helium 10 Ads and higher limits.

Plan Monthly billing Yearly billing, per month Charged per year (yearly billing) Sales band Helium 10 suggests Extra user logins / Seller Central accounts
Free account Free Not applicable Free Trying the tools Not stated / 2
Platinum $129 $99 $1,188 $0 to $100K a year 1 / 2
Diamond $359 $279 $3,348 $100K to $10M a year 5 / 10
Enterprise Billed annually only From $1,499 Quote Above $10M a year 10+ / 15+

The pricing page puts the yearly saving at $360 on Platinum and $960 on Diamond, which it rounds to "save up to 20%". Prices are in USD with tax added at checkout.

Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, evaluates 687 ecommerce tools for its ecommerce ranking, and only 5 of the 10 tools on that list offer a free plan, as of October 2026. Amazon research suites like Helium 10 sit on the paid side of that split.

Is there still a free Helium 10 plan?

Helium 10 no longer shows a free plan card on its pricing page, but the page's own FAQ still refers to "the Free plan" with limited access, and Helium 10's help center guide, Which Helium 10 plan is right for me (updated May 2026), lists what a free account gets. The short version: enough to look around, not enough to research a product line.

That guide gives a free account 5 lifetime uses of Black Box (product research), limited Xray access in the Chrome extension, 2 Listing Analyzer searches a month, alerts on 2 ASINs and 30 days of Keyword Processor, Scribbles, Inventory Management and Profits. Cerebro and Magnet, the keyword research tools most sellers sign up for, are not included at all.

Helium 10 also runs a set of free seller tools outside the subscription: a keyword tool, a PPC audit, a sales estimator and a trending-products list. They are useful for a first look at a niche, and they are lead-ins to the paid plans.

The old Starter tier, long quoted as the budget way in, is no longer on the pricing page. The cheapest paid way in is Platinum, which means a seller shopping on price should set Platinum against rivals' entry tiers rather than against a Helium 10 plan that no longer exists.

What Platinum includes, and where it stops

Platinum is pitched at stores in Helium 10's lowest sales band, and the plan comparison grid is clear about where it stops. It covers product research, the Chrome extension on Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop, listing creation tools, automated review requests and the Freedom Ticket and Ads Academy courses (Helium 10 values Freedom Ticket at $997 on its own).

The limits are where a growing seller feels it:

  • 100 keyword searches a month in Cerebro and Magnet, which caps how many product ideas you can vet in depth before the counter resets.
  • 20 tracked ASINs for insights and metrics, and 3 markets in Market Tracker.
  • 50 Listing Analyzer uses a month, 40 SKUs in Inventory Management and 5,000 follow-up emails a month.
  • No keyword rank tracking over time, no AI listing builder and none of the Helium 10 Ads tools: rules-based bidding, dayparting and AI advertising are all marked as Diamond only.
  • Managed refund service at a 15% fee on what Helium 10 recovers from Amazon for you.

Platinum suits a seller still choosing products or running one or two listings. It is a weak fit for a store already spending on Sponsored Products, because the ad tools that justify an all-in-one suite are missing.

What Diamond adds, and the fees on top

Diamond is the plan Helium 10 labels most popular, aimed at the middle sales band, and it lifts the caps sharply: 1,000 tracked ASINs, 5 markets, 150 Listing Analyzer uses a month, 500 SKUs in Inventory Management, 15,000 follow-up emails, fraud alerts on 200 products, 5 user logins and 10 connected Seller Central accounts.

It also unlocks Helium 10 Ads, profit and loss reporting, keyword rank tracking with two years of history, and the Helium AI agent. Helium 10 MCP, which connects your account to AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT, is included up to 1,000 calls; Helium 10's MCP help article explains the setup.

Two Diamond costs are percentages, not flat fees, so they grow with your store:

  • A 2% management fee on ad spend run through Helium 10 Ads, stated in the pricing page FAQ.
  • A 10% fee on refunds the managed refund service recovers, against 15% on Platinum.

Diamond also lists paid add-ons: an extra keyword tracker from $19 a month, Market Tracker 360 from $650 a month, monthly expert training, in-person workshops and the private Facebook group from $99 a month each, and more MCP capacity from $50 a month.

What a year of Helium 10 really costs

The list price is only part of the bill once the percentage fees apply. These scenarios are our arithmetic on the published prices and fee rates, on yearly billing unless stated.

Seller Plan Subscription for the year Percentage fees for the year Total for the year
Validating products, no ads in Helium 10 Platinum, yearly $1,188 None Same as subscription
Same seller, paying month to month Platinum, monthly $1,548 None Same as subscription
$3,000 a month of ad spend run through Helium 10 Ads Diamond, yearly $3,348 $720 (2% of $36,000) $4,068
$10,000 a month of ad spend, plus $500 a month in recovered refunds Diamond, yearly $3,348 $2,400 ads + $600 refunds $6,348

The ads fee is the line to watch. At $10,000 a month of managed spend, the management fee adds $200 a month, which is 72% of Diamond's yearly-billing subscription price. A seller whose ad budget is growing fast should model that fee before picking Helium 10 Ads over a flat-priced PPC tool.

The refund fee works the other way. On $500 a month of recovered refunds, Diamond's 10% rate saves $25 a month against Platinum's 15%, which is nowhere near enough to justify the upgrade on its own; the ad tools and limits are the real reason to move up.

Monthly billing costs $360 more a year on Platinum and $960 more on Diamond. It is worth paying only while you are unsure the tool will stay in your stack, since monthly plans carry no long-term commitment and can be cancelled from the Plans and Billing page.

Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout on price

Jungle Scout is the rival most sellers price Helium 10 against, and its entry tier is far cheaper. Set these rows against the Helium 10 table at the top, yearly billing against yearly and monthly against monthly; they were read on Jungle Scout's Catalyst plans page on 19 October 2026.

Plan Yearly billing, per month Charged per year Monthly billing
Jungle Scout Starter $29 $348 Not offered
Jungle Scout Growth Accelerator $49 $588 $79
Jungle Scout Brand Owner + CI $129 $1,548 $149

A seller who only needs product and keyword research pays $840 less a year on Jungle Scout Starter than on Platinum, both billed yearly. At the top of each standard range the gap widens: Jungle Scout Brand Owner costs $1,800 less a year than Diamond, so the case for Diamond rests on Helium 10 Ads, the TikTok Shop toolkit and the higher limits rather than on price. Jungle Scout adds seats at $49 a month each on its two upper plans, and it offers a 7-day money-back guarantee instead of a free trial.

Our Jungle Scout pricing breakdown prices that side tier by tier, the Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout comparison covers the feature trade-offs, and the Jungle Scout review covers that suite on its own. Jungle Scout's profile on Toolradar lists more of its alternatives.

Costs the pricing page does not headline

  • Percentage fees. The ads management fee and the refund service fee sit in the comparison grid and FAQ, not on the plan cards, so they are easy to miss when you compare sticker prices.
  • User logins. Platinum allows 1 additional user login and Diamond up to 5. Extra users can be bought as an add-on on any plan, at a price the page does not list.
  • Lifetime caps. Several Platinum limits are lifetime, not monthly: 20 tracked ASINs, 3 markets and 3 SKUs in the TikTok Shop listing converter. They do not reset.
  • Enterprise is annual only. The $1,499 starting price is billed for the year, with ad budgets from $25K to $1M a month and up to 5,000 ASINs.
  • Freedom Ticket depends on the subscription. The course stays available only while a paid plan is active.

Which Helium 10 plan should you buy?

Buy Platinum on yearly billing if you are choosing products and do not yet run ads through a third-party tool; it is the cheapest way to get Black Box and Cerebro, though Jungle Scout Starter undercuts it for pure research. Buy Diamond if your store is past $100K a year and you want ads, inventory and profit reporting in one login, and price the ads management fee into that decision.

Skip Helium 10 entirely if you sell mainly off Amazon, since most of its tools read Amazon data first. The Helium 10 review weighs the suite as a whole, the best product research tools and best Amazon seller tools lists rank it against cheaper research picks, and the best tools for Amazon FBA beginners list suits a first-year seller watching every dollar.

Software is one line in the cost of selling on Amazon. Our breakdown of Amazon seller fees covers the referral and FBA fees underneath, the GETIDA review prices a dedicated reimbursement service against Helium 10's refund fee, and the best TikTok Shop tools list matters if you plan to use Diamond's TikTok features.
