Ordoro Review
Ordoro's three shipping plans compared on order caps, sales channels, users and returns, with four alternatives priced the same way.
Ordoro is a multi-carrier shipping and order management app with a free plan and a paid tier that starts at $59 a month. Essential costs nothing, but it caps you at 100 orders a month, one sales channel and one user. Advanced adds 3,000 orders, five channels, unlimited users, automation rules and batch label printing. Premium is $149 a month and the only shipping plan with returns management, your own carrier accounts, kitting and API access. The catches are the lock on Essential once you pass 100 orders, and separate pricing for the inventory and dropshipping apps, which start at $349 and $299 a month. Our verdict: Advanced is the right buy for a small multichannel store shipping 100 to 3,000 orders a month, and Premium only if returns or your own carrier accounts matter to you.

OrdoroOrdoro sells three separate apps, and a store can buy any one of them alone. Its Shipping app prints labels and writes tracking numbers back to the store, and it is the subject of this review. The question is whether the Advanced plan beats printing labels by hand, and whether its 3,000-order cap holds for your business.
Toolradar data: we track 43 shipping and fulfillment tools, and 13 of them have a free plan. Ordoro averages 4.7 out of 5 across 93 G2 and Capterra reviews, per its Toolradar profile, last checked September 17, 2026.
This review is for ecommerce operators who pack their own orders in a store, a warehouse or a back room. It covers what the app does day to day, what each plan costs and leaves out, how it compares with four alternatives, and who should skip it.
We read Ordoro's pricing and feature pages on October 10, 2026. We did not run the software ourselves, so the feature claims are Ordoro's own.
What is Ordoro?
Ordoro is a cloud operations app for ecommerce merchants. Its core is a multi-carrier shipping app that imports orders from sales channels, prints labels and writes tracking numbers back to the store. Its Shipping plans run from free to Premium.
Inventory and Dropshipping are separate apps, so a store that wants all three pays for each one, or asks Ordoro for bundled pricing.
The carriers are the standard set: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL International and Canada Post. Ordoro says its USPS discounts reach up to 67%. That is the vendor's own figure, and your real rate depends on package weight, zone and service.
The integrations page lists Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart. The shipping page adds CSV uploads, and API access sits on Premium only.
How Ordoro works
Setup starts by connecting your sales channels and carrier accounts. Orders arrive through a channel connector or a CSV upload, and each one gets filterable tags and an audit trail. You then set Shipping Presets, which fill in package details when you create a label, and Automation Rules, which act on an order as soon as it arrives.
The time saving comes from batches. Advanced and Premium print labels and packing slips in batches of hundreds, and a USB scale can feed package weights into the rate calculation. Essential does not list batch processing, so a store on the free plan cannot run a full day's labels in one pass.
Once a label exists, Ordoro sends the tracking number back to the sales channel, so the customer gets the update without copy and paste.
Ordoro key features
Ordoro pricing
Ordoro's Shipping plans are Essential at no charge, Advanced at $59 a month and Premium at $149 a month. The caps are 100 orders a month on Essential, 3,000 on Advanced and unlimited on Premium. The pricing page uses orders and labels interchangeably for the same cap, so count both when you plan. It shows no annual discount.
The cost traps sit in the footnotes. Going over 100 orders on Essential locks the account temporarily, and you must upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle. Going over 3,000 on Advanced costs $30 for every additional 1,000 labels.
On Premium, your own carrier accounts include the first 1,000 labels, then charge per additional 1,000. The 15-day trial needs no credit card.
Two worked examples. A store that ships 4,000 labels a month on Advanced pays $89 in total: the plan price plus one additional 1,000-label block. A store on Premium that ships 3,000 labels a month through its own carrier accounts pays $209, which is the Premium price plus two additional 1,000-label blocks for the 2,000 labels above the first 1,000.
The inventory app starts at $349 a month and the dropshipping app at $299, both separate from the shipping plan.
Methodology: every Ordoro price comes from its pricing page and every feature from its shipping and integrations pages. Alternative prices come from each vendor's own pricing page. All were read on October 10, 2026.

- Advanced adds 3,000 orders, five channels, unlimited users, automation rules and batch printing.
- A 15-day free trial with no credit card, and phone support from Advanced upward.
What could be better
- Essential locks the account temporarily once you pass 100 orders, so a growing store has to upgrade or wait.

- Inventory from $349 a month and Dropshipping from $299 a month, so a bundle costs well above the shipping plan.
Who Ordoro is for
Ordoro suits a small multichannel store shipping 100 to 3,000 orders a month that wants batch labels and automation without a warehouse system. Advanced gives five sales channels and unlimited users, enough for a web shop plus one or two marketplaces and a small packing team.
Compare it with the ShipStation alternatives guide before you commit.
It is a weaker fit in three cases. A store that ships fewer than 100 orders a month can stay on Essential for free, but only with one channel and one user. A store past 3,000 orders pays more, and the bill depends on how far past the cap it runs.
A returns-first business should compare the Premium plan with dedicated software, such as the returns management shortlist. Brands that want a third party to hold and ship their stock should look at ShipBob, which is a warehouse rather than software.
Best Ordoro alternatives
If Ordoro is not the right fit, these are the closest options.

The bottom line
Ordoro is a sound first shipping app for a small multichannel store, and Advanced is the plan that matters. The batch printing, automation rules and five channels on Advanced cover most of what a 100 to 3,000 order business needs, and the free plan lets you try the workflow before you pay.
The catches are real: the Essential lock above 100 orders, the separate price of the inventory and dropshipping apps, and the Premium price for returns management and your own carrier accounts.
Buy Advanced if you ship 100 to 3,000 orders a month through a few channels and do not need a returns portal. If you need a wider carrier list, price ShipStation alongside it.
At 5,000 shipments a month its Standard plan lists at $249.99. If your volume passes 3,000 orders, price Premium against ShipStation's Standard plan at that volume before you decide. If you want shipping at zero software cost at any volume, Veeqo's Shipping plan is free, but it earns a commission on your labels.
