Sellerboard Review 2026: Amazon Profit Tracking Pricing, Pros, Cons
What each Sellerboard plan costs by monthly order volume, what the money-back and PPC tools add, and four Amazon seller tools priced beside it.
Sellerboard is worth it for most Amazon sellers who want true net profit per order without paying for a research suite. Standard costs $19 a month billed monthly or $179 a year billed annually for up to 3,000 orders a month, read on Sellerboard's pricing table on October 19, 2026. The higher plans raise order, email and account limits rather than unlocking tools, so a small seller gets the same profit dashboard, PPC automation, inventory planner and lost-inventory refund finder as a large one.
The trade-offs are a narrow job and self-serve reimbursements. Sellerboard does not do product or keyword research the way Helium 10 and Jungle Scout do, and its money-back tool finds claims you then file yourself, where GETIDA files them for a commission.

Sellerboard answers the question Seller Central leaves open: after fees, ads, refunds, shipping and cost of goods, did this order make money? It pulls every cost line into one dashboard, and that is the reason most sellers sign up.
The price is the other reason, because the entry plan costs less than a single month of most all-in-one Amazon suites.
The company is based in Germany, was founded in 2017 and says it serves more than 20,000 e-commerce sellers. It started on Amazon and now also lists Shopify and Walmart integrations, though Amazon remains the core.
Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, tracks 687 e-commerce tools as of October 19, 2026, and the median cheapest paid plan among the 169 that publish one is $49 a month, according to its e-commerce ranking.
Sellerboard's entry plan costs well under half that on either billing cycle, which makes it one of the cheaper paid tools an Amazon seller can add.
The comparison set is Helium 10, Sellerise, Shopkeeper and GETIDA, each with a price on its own site. For research-led suites, Toolradar also profiles Jungle Scout and SellerApp.
How we compared: every price was read on the vendor's own page on October 19, 2026, annual savings are our arithmetic on the printed prices, and Retailpresso did not connect a seller account to any of these tools.
What is Sellerboard?
Sellerboard is a profit analytics and operations tool for Amazon sellers, sold as a monthly or annual subscription. The core is a real-time profit dashboard listing sales, units, advertising, FBA and FBM shipping, refunds, Amazon fees, cost of goods, and gross and net profit, by product and by order.
Around that core sit the operational tools: an inventory planner with purchase orders, PPC analytics and bid automation, automated review requests, listing change alerts, an LTV dashboard and a money-back tool for lost and damaged inventory.
User roles let you share the account with a partner, a virtual assistant or an accountant.
It is not a product research suite. There is no catalog-wide product finder like Helium 10's Black Box, so sellers who source new products usually pair Sellerboard with a research tool rather than replace one.
How Sellerboard works
You connect your Amazon Seller Central account and Sellerboard imports orders, fees, refunds and ad spend.
The step that decides the accuracy is cost of goods. Sellerboard accepts a constant COGS per product, batch-based COGS, period-based COGS and marketplace-specific COGS, so a seller whose landed cost changes with each shipment can record it per batch instead of averaging it.
Once costs are in, the profit dashboard updates in near real time and the trend views show which products lose money after ads. FBM sellers can set shipping profiles by weight, units or order price so each order carries its real shipping cost.
The inventory planner uses sales velocity, adjusted for out-of-stock days, to suggest reorder dates and quantities, and links purchase orders to FBA stock. PPC optimization can adjust bids toward a target profitability or ACOS and harvest or exclude keywords.
The money-back tool lists lost inventory, fee errors and unreturned refunds, and you submit the cases to Amazon through Seller Support.
Sellerboard key features
Sellerboard pricing
Sellerboard prices were read on October 19, 2026, on Sellerboard's pricing table.
The alternatives come from Helium 10 pricing, Sellerise pricing, Shopkeeper pricing and GETIDA pricing. Annual savings are our arithmetic on Sellerboard's printed monthly and annual prices.
Sellerboard charges by order volume, not by feature. Standard covers the smallest allowance, Professional 6,000 orders for $29 billed monthly, Business 15,000 for $39 and Enterprise 50,000 for $79.
Each step also raises review-request emails, additional seller accounts, additional users and automated reports, and only Enterprise lets you limit a user's access by account, marketplace or product.
Annual billing saves $49 a year on Standard, $69 on Professional, $99 on Business and $189 on Enterprise against twelve monthly payments. Sellerboard notes that EU prices are net and VAT may apply, and that it supports accounts of up to 30,000 products.
Against the alternatives on monthly list prices, Sellerboard is the cheapest at volume. At 5,000 orders a month, Sellerboard Professional undercuts both $39.99 Sellerise Growing and $90 Shopkeeper Master, and the gap widens as volume grows.
Helium 10 puts full profit and loss reporting on Diamond at $359 a month billed monthly, a different product built around research. GETIDA charges no subscription and takes a commission starting at 20% of what it recovers. For the fees these tools help you track, see Amazon seller fees.

Sellerboard pros and cons
What we like
- The profit dashboard, PPC optimization, inventory planner and money-back finder are on all four plans.
- Batch, period and marketplace-specific COGS make net profit per order a real figure.
- A one-month free trial with no credit card gives a full billing cycle of data before you pay.
What could be better
- No product research or catalog finder, so sourcing still needs a second tool.
- Standard includes only 150 review requests a month, and user access rights by product need Enterprise.
Who Sellerboard is for
Sellerboard fits a private-label or wholesale Amazon seller who already knows what to sell and needs to know what each product really earns. A seller with 2,000 orders a month gets every tool on the entry plan, and the bill stays below the price of most research suites.
It also fits a seller who has been reconciling profit in a spreadsheet. Batch-based cost of goods and FBM shipping profiles remove the two most common reasons spreadsheet profit is wrong.
Skip it if research is your bottleneck. A beginner still choosing a first product needs product and keyword data first, and the tools for Amazon FBA beginners list or the Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout comparison is the better start.
A seller who wants reimbursements filed for them rather than flagged should weigh a service such as GETIDA. And a multichannel brand whose main store is Shopify may prefer a broader tool from the e-commerce analytics ranking.
Best Sellerboard alternatives
If Sellerboard is not the right fit, these are the closest options.
| Tool | Best for | Starts at | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sellerboard | Amazon sellers who know their products and want accurate net profit, PPC and reorder tools | From $19/mo billed monthly or $179/yr billed annually, for 3,000 order | Visit → |
| Helium 10 | Sellers who want product research, keywords, listings and ads in one suite | Platinum $99/mo billed yearly ($129 monthly) | Visit → |
| Sellerise | Small sellers who want profit, PPC and review tools with order-based add-ons | Starter $19.99/mo for 1,000 orders | Visit → |
| Shopkeeper | Sellers who want accounting reports and VAT configuration in their profit tool | Starter $20/mo for 250 orders | Visit → |
| GETIDA | Sellers who want FBA reimbursement claims filed for them | No subscription | Visit → |
The bottom line
Sellerboard is the profit tool to beat for an Amazon seller who has already found products. The entry plan carries the full feature set, the order allowances are generous for the price, and batch-based COGS makes the net-profit figure trustworthy.
A one-month trial with no card is enough to check it against your own Seller Central payouts.
The limits are scope and labor. It does not replace a research suite, and its money-back tool saves the commission only if you file the cases yourself.
A beginner should start with the best Amazon seller tools ranking, and a seller who wants reimbursements handled end to end should read the GETIDA review.
Walmart sellers can price that channel with Walmart seller fees, and AI for Amazon sellers covers the newer tools around listings and ads. How we review tools is explained on the how we review page.
