Vendoo Review

What each Vendoo plan adds for a reseller crosslisting to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and seven more marketplaces, what a year costs, and four priced alternatives.

TL;DR

Vendoo is worth it in 2026 for a reseller who lists on three or more marketplaces and wants sold items pulled everywhere else automatically: Starter does that for $14.99 a month, or $12.49 a month billed yearly, with unlimited items. Growth at $29.99 adds AI listing help and bulk actions, and Pro at $59.99 adds automatic offers and Poshmark sharing.

The catches are specific. Automatic delisting covers six marketplaces, not all ten, a Shopify connection adds $9.99 a month billed through Shopify, and Vendoo does not refund annual plans. If you only need crosslisting and delisting, Flyp's $9 flat plan costs less; if Poshmark automation is the job, Nifty is the specialist.

Crosslisting is the cheap part of reselling software. The part that saves money is the delist: when a jacket sells on Poshmark, every copy on eBay, Mercari and Depop has to disappear before a second buyer pays for it. A double sale means cancelling an order a buyer has already paid for.

Vendoo's case rests on doing that cleanup on its cheapest plan, with no cap on how many items you keep in inventory. This review prices every plan on both billing options, shows which marketplaces the automatic delist actually covers, and sets Vendoo next to four rivals a reseller is likely to compare.

Retailpresso data: on yearly billing, a full year of Vendoo Starter costs $149.88, Growth $299.88 and Pro $599.88, our arithmetic from the per-month prices on Vendoo's pricing page, read on October 19, 2026.

Paying monthly instead costs $30 more a year on Starter and $120 more on Pro.

For context, the Toolradar e-commerce ranking evaluated 687 tools and puts the median cheapest paid plan of its top picks at $24.99 a month, as of October 2026, so Vendoo's entry plan sits well under what a store tool usually costs.

How we compared: Vendoo's pricing, marketplace and crosslisting pages and its help center refund policy, plus the pricing pages of Flyp, Nifty, List Perfectly and Crosslist, all read on October 19, 2026. We did not run a Vendoo account for this review.

What is Vendoo?

Vendoo is a crosslisting app for online resellers: you create or import a listing once, then post it to several marketplaces from one inventory. Its crosslisting page names eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Etsy, Depop, Shopify, Whatnot, Grailed and Vestiaire Collective, and Vendoo describes its reach as 10+ marketplaces.

Around the crosslister sit the tools a reseller uses daily: an inventory manager with custom labels, a multi-quantity manager for items you hold in stock, bulk delist and relist for stale listings, profit tracking and analytics, listing templates and a mobile app for iOS and Android.

Vendoo says 81,000+ resellers in the US use it, a figure it publishes on its pricing page.

Who it is for is clear from the plan names: Starter for anyone starting to crosslist, Growth for serious part-time resellers, Pro for experienced ones, and a custom Enterprise plan for businesses creating more than 1,000 new listings a month.

How Vendoo works

You start with a 14-day free trial on any plan. Vendoo asks for a payment method to activate it and charges the plan when the trial ends unless you cancel first, so set a reminder for day 13.

Once live, you import existing listings from a connected marketplace or create new ones, then crosspost them. When an item sells, sale detection and automatic delisting cover Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot and Etsy.

On the other connected marketplaces, such as Facebook Marketplace, Grailed or Shopify, plan to remove the sold copy yourself, because the plan comparison does not list them for auto-delisting.

Shopify works differently from the rest. Since Shopify began requiring its own billing for App Store apps, Vendoo says connecting a Shopify store adds a $9.99 monthly charge billed through Shopify, on top of your Vendoo plan.

The higher plans automate more of the selling routine. Growth adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions on up to 240 listings at once and up to 300 PhotoRoom background removals. Pro adds automatic offers on six marketplaces, sharing on Poshmark, Depop and Grailed, up to 1,500 background removals and listing videos for Poshmark and eBay.

Vendoo key features

Automatic delisting on the cheapest planEssential
Starter includes sale detection and auto-delisting for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot and Etsy, the feature that prevents double sales. Several rivals reserve it for a higher tier.
Unlimited items on every planEssential
No plan caps how many items you hold in inventory or crosslist, so a reseller with 2,000 listings pays the same Starter price as one with 50. Enterprise is for more than 1,000 new listings a month.
Offers and sharing only on ProEssential
Automatic offers on six marketplaces and Poshmark, Depop and Grailed sharing sit on the top plan. A Poshmark seller who relies on sharing pays Pro or adds a separate automation tool.
AI listing help and bulk actions on Growth
Growth adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions on up to 240 listings at once and up to 300 PhotoRoom background removals, which speeds up a weekly listing batch.
Shopify costs extra
A Shopify connection adds a monthly charge billed through Shopify, so a reseller with their own store pays that on top of any Vendoo plan.
No refunds on annual plans
Vendoo's refund policy rules out refunds on annual plans and prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.

Vendoo pricing

Prices below were read on Vendoo's pricing page on October 19, 2026, on both its monthly and yearly toggles. Yearly totals are our arithmetic from the per-month yearly price; Vendoo advertises up to 2 months free on yearly plans, which matches a saving of about 17% on each tier.

Starter is $14.99 a month billed monthly or $12.49 a month billed yearly ($149.88 a year). It includes unlimited items, every marketplace, sale detection and auto-delisting, listing templates, importing, delist and relist, analytics and the mobile app.

Growth is $29.99 monthly or $24.99 billed yearly ($299.88 a year). It adds AI listing enhancement, bulk actions on up to 240 listings and up to 300 PhotoRoom background removals.

Pro is $59.99 monthly or $49.99 billed yearly ($599.88 a year). It adds automatic and manual offers on six marketplaces, Poshmark, Depop and Grailed sharing, up to 1,500 background removals, listing videos for Poshmark and eBay, and premium support with live calls.

Enterprise has no public price; it is built for businesses creating more than 1,000 new listings a month. Add $9.99 a month if you connect a Shopify store. Vendoo's refund policy grants no refunds on annual plans and no prorated refunds when you cancel mid-cycle, so start monthly until you know the tier fits.

Vendoo pros and cons

What we like

  • Auto-delisting on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot and Etsy is included from the entry Starter plan.
  • Unlimited items on every plan, so a growing inventory never forces an upgrade.
  • Growth adds bulk actions on up to 240 listings and up to 300 PhotoRoom background removals.

What could be better

  • Automatic offers and Poshmark, Depop and Grailed sharing sit on Pro at $59.99 a month billed monthly.
  • No refunds on annual plans, and a Shopify connection adds a monthly fee billed through Shopify.

Who Vendoo is for

Starter fits a reseller who lists clothing, shoes or collectibles on three or more of the six auto-delist marketplaces and keeps a large inventory. Unlimited items mean the cost per listing keeps falling as the inventory grows.

Growth fits a part-time reseller who lists in weekly batches and wants AI-written descriptions, bulk edits and clean white backgrounds without a separate photo tool. Pro is for Poshmark-heavy sellers who would otherwise pay for a sharing bot, since sharing and automatic offers only arrive there.

Skip Vendoo if you sell mainly on Facebook Marketplace or Grailed, where the automatic delist does not reach, or if you only need crosslisting and delisting at the lowest price, where Flyp's flat plan costs less.

The bottom line

Vendoo Starter is the default pick for a reseller who crosslists to the big clothing marketplaces: unlimited items and automatic delisting on six marketplaces at the yearly Starter price is hard to beat on value.

Move to Growth when listing time, not inventory, is the bottleneck, and to Pro only if Poshmark sharing and automatic offers would otherwise cost you a second subscription.

Start on monthly billing. Vendoo does not refund annual plans, and a 14-day trial is short for judging whether the delist covers your mix of marketplaces. Sellers who need only the basics should price Flyp first; Poshmark power sellers should compare Nifty's automation.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Vendoo cost in 2026?

Vendoo Starter costs $14.99 a month billed monthly or $12.49 a month billed yearly. Growth costs $29.99 or $24.99, and Pro costs $59.99 or $49.99. Enterprise is priced on request for businesses creating more than 1,000 new listings a month. Connecting Shopify adds $9.99 a month.

Is Vendoo worth it for resellers?

Yes, for resellers who list on three or more of the marketplaces Vendoo auto-delists: Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot and Etsy. Starter includes that delisting and unlimited items. It is less useful if you sell mainly on Facebook Marketplace or Grailed, which the automatic delist does not cover.

Does Vendoo have a free trial or a free plan?

Vendoo offers a 14-day free trial on any plan, and a payment method is required to start it. The plan is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. There is no permanent free plan on the pricing page.

Can I get a refund from Vendoo?

Rarely. Vendoo's refund policy rules out refunds on annual plans, for personal reasons or for customers who were testing the software, and gives no prorated refund when you cancel mid-cycle. Refunds or credits are considered only when Vendoo fails to deliver the service, such as persistent software issues.

Is Vendoo cheaper than List Perfectly or Nifty?

On entry plans, yes. On monthly billing Vendoo Starter costs about half of List Perfectly Simple at $29 a month and well under Nifty Crosslisting Plus at $39.99. Flyp is cheaper than all three at $9 a month after its 100-day trial.
