Veeqo Review

What Veeqo's free Shipping plan covers, how the paid Inventory tier is priced by order volume, and four shipping tools priced alongside it.

TL;DR

Veeqo is worth it in 2026 for most multichannel sellers who ship their own orders, because its Shipping plan costs nothing at any volume. Amazon owns it and earns a commission on the labels you buy, so there is no subscription for shipping, users or warehouses. Inventory sync and forecasting cost extra, from $19 a month for up to 300 orders.

The trade-off is that you buy labels through Veeqo's own rates, and the paid tiers are priced in volume bands rather than one fixed number. Sellers who need a returns portal, deep automation or support for their own negotiated carrier contracts should price ShipStation or Ordoro before committing.

Veeqo turns the usual shipping software deal around. Instead of charging a monthly fee that climbs with shipments, it gives the shipping tool away and earns a small commission on each label bought through it. For a store shipping a few hundred orders a month, that can mean several hundred dollars a year saved against a subscription tool. The real question is what the free plan leaves out, and what Inventory costs once you need it.

Toolradar data: Veeqo is listed as an alternative to 14 other tools on Toolradar, which ranks it #4 of the 46 shipping and fulfillment tools tracked there; only 15 of those 46 tools offer a free plan (Toolradar data, October 2026). Its Toolradar profile shows 4.3 out of 5 across 134 G2 and Capterra reviews, slightly below the category median of 4.4.

Methodology: every price on this page was checked on the vendor's own US pricing page on October 18, 2026. The cost model below uses those published figures for a store that ships its own orders. Retailpresso did not run Veeqo in a warehouse for this review, so feature descriptions are Veeqo's own.

What is Veeqo?

Veeqo is shipping and inventory software for sellers on several channels at once. It pulls orders from Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and Rithum into one queue, then prints labels at pre-negotiated rates with Amazon Shipping, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and OnTrac. You do not need to sell on Amazon to use it, a point the vendor makes in its own FAQ.

The company was founded in the UK in 2013 by an ecommerce seller and bought by Amazon in 2021. That ownership explains the business model: Veeqo makes money on label volume, and Amazon gains another shipping channel for its carrier network. For a buyer, the practical effect is a free tool with no seat or warehouse caps.

Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited products and SKUs, and unlimited warehouses and locations. That matters for a small brand with a seasonal team or a second stock room, because rivals such as Ordoro cap users or ship-from locations on their lower tiers.

How Veeqo works

The Shipping plan is the core product and the one most sellers will stay on. It includes unlimited shipments, bulk shipping of up to 100 orders in one click, custom printing templates, shipping and sales reports, a profit analyzer and a rate shopping API. Labels are protected for Amazon's on-time delivery rate (OTDR) and claims as standard, which matters to sellers whose Amazon account health depends on those metrics.

Each label also earns up to 5% back in Veeqo Credits, which you spend on future labels. That rebate is the closest thing Veeqo has to a loyalty discount, and it only pays out if you buy labels through Veeqo. A store that already holds a better negotiated carrier contract should compare the net label cost, not the software price.

Paid tiers are priced on order volume: the number of orders imported from your connected channels each month. Orders fulfilled by Amazon through FBA are excluded from that count, so an Amazon seller who mixes FBA with self-fulfilled orders pays only for the orders it ships itself.

Veeqo key features

Free multichannel shippingEssential
The Shipping plan has no monthly fee, no shipment cap and no user cap. A store shipping 2,000 orders a month pays nothing for the software, while subscription tools charge by shipment band.
Pre-negotiated carrier ratesEssential
Labels come at Veeqo's rates with Amazon Shipping, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and OnTrac, plus a rebate paid in Veeqo Credits. That rebate rewards sellers who move all their label spend into Veeqo.
Inventory sync and forecasting
The Inventory plan adds automated stock sync across channels and demand forecasting. It is the tier that prevents overselling when the same SKU lists on Amazon, Shopify and eBay at once.
Digital picking
Inventory unlocks the Veeqo scanner, picking path optimization and team picking stats. A warehouse with several packers gets measurable pick rates without a separate warehouse system.
Multichannel listings
The free plan publishes 10 listings a month, a feature Veeqo marks as coming soon, while Inventory includes unlimited listings. Sellers expanding to new marketplaces should plan for the paid tier.
AI agent and MCP connector
Inventory includes Seller Assistant, an AI agent for warehouse and fulfillment tasks, and a Veeqo MCP connector for ChatGPT and Claude. Useful for operators who already run their admin work through an assistant.

Veeqo pricing

Veeqo publishes three plans on its US pricing page, checked on October 18, 2026. Shipping is free. Inventory is priced in order-volume bands, from the entry band of up to 300 orders to $19 to $37 for 301 to 700 orders, $50 to $88 for 1,001 to 2,500, and $1,275 or more for 50,001 to 100,000. High Volume, which adds NetSuite and other ERP integrations, priority support and an account manager, starts at $350 a month for up to 5,000 orders.

The cost model favors Veeqo most for a shipping-only store. At 500 shipments a month, ShipStation's Starter plan lists at $39.99 a month, or $479.88 a year, against $0 on Veeqo's Shipping plan. At 2,000 shipments a month the ShipStation Starter figure rises to $119.99, or $1,439.88 a year. Prices come from ShipStation's pricing page, read the same day.

Inventory narrows that gap but keeps Veeqo ahead for small stores. A seller with 600 self-fulfilled orders who needs stock sync pays inside the 301-to-700 band, while Ordoro's Inventory app starts at $349 a month. The catch is that Veeqo shows ranges, not one fixed price per band, so the exact figure appears only at signup.

Free rivals cover narrower ground. Pirate Ship charges no monthly fee for USPS and UPS labels, and Shippo's Starter plan is free for up to 30 labels a month. Neither adds inventory sync.

Who Veeqo is for

Veeqo fits a multichannel seller who packs its own orders, ships a few hundred to a few thousand parcels a month and is happy to buy labels at Veeqo's rates. Amazon sellers who mix FBA with merchant-fulfilled orders benefit most, because FBA orders do not count toward the paid tiers and the labels carry OTDR and claims protection. Our Amazon seller tools roundup and the Amazon seller fees breakdown cover the rest of that stack.

Skip it if you depend on your own negotiated carrier contracts, need a branded returns portal, or want one vendor price per tier on paper before you sign. The ShipStation review and ShipStation alternatives cover the subscription route, the Shippo review covers low-volume label buying, and our free shipping software comparison sets Veeqo against the other free options. For stock control beyond shipping, see the inventory management software roundup.

The bottom line

Veeqo undercuts every subscription shipping tool priced on this page in 2026, because the shipping software itself is free and stays free as volume grows. For a seller who already buys labels at standard rates, switching costs nothing and removes a monthly subscription. The limits are the label lock-in, which ties the savings to Veeqo's own rates, and banded Inventory pricing that only shows the exact figure at signup.

Start on the Shipping plan, and add Inventory only once overselling across channels costs you more than the band price. Choose ShipStation if you want a fixed published price per shipment band and a longer free trial, Ordoro if you want flat plan prices, and Pirate Ship if you only print USPS and UPS labels. Toolradar's profiles of ShipStation, Shippo and Pirate Ship are useful for a side-by-side read, and the Pirate Ship vs Shippo comparison covers the free-label pair.

Frequently asked questions

Is Veeqo really free?

Yes, the Shipping plan is free for every seller, with unlimited shipments, users, products and warehouses. Veeqo earns a small commission on the labels you buy through it, which is how Amazon funds the software. Only the Inventory and High Volume plans carry a monthly fee.

How much does Veeqo cost in 2026?

Shipping costs nothing. Inventory starts at $19 a month for up to 300 orders and rises in bands with order volume, and High Volume starts at $350 a month for up to 5,000 orders. Prices were checked on Veeqo's US pricing page on October 18, 2026.

Do I need to sell on Amazon to use Veeqo?

No. Veeqo imports and ships orders from Shopify, eBay, Walmart, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and other channels. Amazon sellers get extra value, because FBA orders are excluded from paid order volume and labels come with OTDR and claims protection.

Is Veeqo cheaper than ShipStation?

For shipping alone, yes at every volume, because Veeqo's Shipping plan is free while ShipStation charges by shipment band. At 500 shipments a month ShipStation Starter lists at $39.99, which Veeqo replaces at no software cost. ShipStation still offers a fixed price per band and a 30-day trial, which some teams prefer.

What are Veeqo Credits?

Veeqo Credits are a rebate of up to 5% on each shipping label bought through Veeqo. The credits apply to future label purchases, so they reward sellers who route all of their label spend through the platform.

Who owns Veeqo?

Amazon. Veeqo was founded in the UK in 2013 by an ecommerce seller and acquired by Amazon in 2021, and it now runs as Amazon's free shipping software for multichannel sellers.
