Is Judge.me Worth It in 2026? Pricing, Limits, Alternatives
Judge.me's free plan and its paid Awesome plan, what the free tier leaves out, and how its review limits compare with four rivals.
Judge.me is worth it for a single Shopify store that wants reviews on product pages at $0 and will pay $15 a month once review requests need automating. The Forever Free plan lists unlimited product, store, photo and video reviews, with Google rich snippets. The listing puts advanced collection with auto-reminders, referrals and Google Shopping sync on the Awesome plan, which has a 15-day free trial. Neither plan states a review cap, so the real limit is which features the free plan leaves out.
Key factsBest for: Single Shopify stores that want unlimited reviews for free…

Pros
- Forever Free lists unlimited product, store, photo and video reviews at no charge.
- Awesome has a 15-day free trial, and the listing states no review cap.
- Google reviews sync and rich snippets are on the free plan.
Cons

- No yearly price is shown, so the $180 annual figure is the monthly rate times 12.
- Referrals, coupons and Google Shopping sync sit on Awesome, not the free plan.
Judge.meJudge.me is a Shopify review app, and its free plan is the first reason to look at it. The question is what that plan leaves out, and when the paid Awesome plan earns its place. This review is for a Shopify merchant choosing between Judge.me and a larger review platform.
Methodology: it reads published plans, limits and trial terms on Judge.me's own Shopify App Store listing, and on each rival's own listing or pricing page. Prices and limits were checked in October 2026, and compared at one scenario of 500 orders a month. It is a read of the published terms, not a hands-on test of the app.
Toolradar data: 12 of the 32 reviews and UGC tools we rank have a free plan, and our Judge.me profile tracks 195 user reviews on Trustpilot and Capterra.
What is Judge.me?
Judge.me collects product and store reviews, shows them on product pages, and syncs Google reviews and rich snippets so star ratings can appear in search results. Its paid plan lists more than 130 integrations, including Klaviyo and Gorgias, and adds AI tools for replies, summaries and translations that the free plan does not include.

How Judge.me works
Judge.me's pricing has two steps. The Forever Free plan costs nothing, and its listing states no numeric cap on reviews. Awesome is billed in USD every 30 days at its monthly rate, with a 15-day free trial. The listing shows no yearly price, so the annual figure is $180 at the monthly rate.
The feature gap matters more than the price gap. The free listing includes unlimited product and store reviews, unlimited photo and video reviews, a review widget and star rating badge, and carousels. It does not list review requests, referrals, coupons or Google Shopping sync.
Those sit on Awesome, along with advanced collection with auto-reminders and AI tools for replies, summaries and translations.
A store that depends on post-purchase emails to fill its review pipeline should treat the free plan as a display tool, and price Awesome from its first month.
Judge.me key features
Judge.me pricing
Judge.me's Shopify App Store listing shows two plans, Forever Free and Awesome, both priced in USD. Awesome comes with a 15-day free trial, and its monthly rate is in the pricing table. No yearly price appears, so the annual cost of Awesome is $180 at that rate.

The scenario is one Shopify store at 500 orders a month that wants review collection and requests. The listing shows one Awesome price at any order volume, so the bill stays at $180 a year.
On the rivals, the same store pays more or runs into a limit. Junip's Core plan is $29 a month, or $348 a year at that rate, per Junip on the Shopify App Store.
Loox's Convert plan is $49.99 a month with 300 orders included, and it adds $50 for each further 300, so a 500-order store pays above the headline price (Loox on the Shopify App Store).
Trustpilot's Starter plan costs $1,188 a year and allows 100 review invitations a month.
A store that invites every order would use that allowance in about six days at 500 orders a month (Trustpilot on the Shopify App Store). On Yotpo, the Starter card is $89 a month for up to 500 orders, per Yotpo's pricing page, checked in October 2026. The full Yotpo picture is in our Yotpo review.

Who Judge.me is for
Judge.me fits a single Shopify store that wants reviews on product pages for free and will pay for Awesome once review requests need automating. The Awesome trial runs 15 days, so you can test the request flow on your own orders before the first bill.
It is a weaker fit when review requests are the whole job at volume.
Junip's Free plan lists unlimited review request emails and unlimited orders at $0, so a store that needs requests before it needs AI should price Junip first. Trustpilot's free plan allows 50 review invitations a month, and its paid plans are billed yearly.
Check the invitation cap against your monthly orders before you choose it.
Multi-brand stores need a separate check. Judge.me's listing shows no multi-store plan, so ask before you assume one price covers every storefront.
If email is the bigger line on your bill, compare Klaviyo pricing before you commit to a review plan, and read best email marketing for Shopify if you are still choosing a sender.
If popups are your capture layer, see Privy. For a loyalty program on top, see best loyalty program software.

The bottom line
Judge.me is worth it for a single Shopify store that wants reviews at no cost and will pay for the Awesome plan to get review requests, referrals and Google Shopping sync. Start on Forever Free, and move to Awesome when requests become the bottleneck.
Use the 15-day trial on your own store before you commit. No yearly price is listed, so there is no annual rate to lock in.
For a store with a bigger review pipeline, price Junip's Core and Trustpilot's invitation caps before you commit.
